What

The EA Foundation Program is a workshop designed for EAs who are new to the role or those who are looking to further develop their skills and create a solid foundation for the future. The workshop will teach you the essentials of the modern EA role. You will also get the opportunity to learn from other EAs, and connect with others. Our highly experienced facilitators are all long-term senior EAs who understand how to empower others to recognise their strengths, assist them in mastering the basics, teach them how to build an effective network, and set structured milestones to achieve in the future.
