General Terms and Conditions for Participants of Capital EA, Executive Assistant Programs including workshops, webinars, and coaching
Payment and registration
Registration and booking fees, workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Unless an arrangement is agreed upon. An invoice and booking confirmation will be automatically sent out.
Cancellation and Refund policy
Participants can cancel due to circumstances beyond their control. Registration and booking fees, less 50% of, may be refunded if the cancellation is made in writing via email to workshops@capitalea.com.au up to thirty (30) business days prior to the workshop date. No refund is available if cancellation is within thirty (30) business days of the workshop date.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the conference, workshop, coaching session, or webinar when conditions beyond our control prevail. In such circumstances we will notify you as soon as practical and offer you an alternative date/s.
If you or a participant are no longer able to attend the event, another representative from your workplace is welcome to attend in place. Please let us know the name and contact details as soon as possible.
Non-attendance
Non-attendance of registered participants who fail to contact us to arrange an alternative representative or cancellation up to thirty (30) working days before the workshop commences will incur the full registration and booking fees.
Rescheduled/moved workshops, webinars and coaching sessions
We will notify you/participants as soon as possible if a workshop, webinar, or coaching session is rescheduled or moves to a new venue for unforeseen reasons.
Personal details
Participant details will be incorporated into a list for the benefit of all participants (name, surname and email address). These details will not be made available to any third parties. We may use these details from time to time to inform you of future programs via email and subscribing to our newsletters. Participants are responsible for advising us if they do not wish their email addresses to be included in the participant list or to receive further communication from us.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Capital EA unconditionally and irrevocably from any and all demands, claims, suits, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses which may be made or brought against or suffered or incurred by the Indemnified Party in respect of any event related to the provision of services to you as a direct or indirect result of any claim made or purported to be made in respect of the services provided to you.
Your agreement to this contract
By paying the workshop registration and booking fees the participant agrees to accept and is bound by all the above terms and conditions.
Definitions
We/us = Capital EA
Workshop = Executive Assistant Program inclusive of workshops, webinars and coaching.
Photo/image release
Participants voluntarily and without compensation grant us permission for full use, without restriction of any kind, of the photographic/video image(s) and audio recordings taken of them for any official publication, presentation, exhibition, video, or other print or digital format. Participants further grant to us full rights to republish, without time restriction, these images/recordings in official publications and reports and extend permission to us to provide these images/recordings to the media as part of any official publicising business.
We appreciate your cooperation and consent in allowing us to photograph/record you for our use in various mediums. You have our assurance that these images/recordings will be used only for official purposes and with the respect and consideration to which you are entitled.
